Can I return a product if I do not like it?
Our policy strictly prohibits returns unless the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order by emailing us with an unboxing video and clear images showing the damage. Please ensure to include your Order ID in the email.
Please note that due to the ever-changing colors of Indian products, variations may occur in images, and very small defects that are not visible once the product is installed cannot be returned. Additionally, products must be returned in their original packaging for any exchange or return request to be accepted.
If a replacement is not feasible, we will offer a full refund. Once the return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed accordingly.
What about the refundable amount?
A credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account.
How long will it take to process my refund?
The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:
- NEFT – 1 to 3 days post refund initiation
- Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner
Please note, Modern Decor India initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a modern decor India warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies; modern decor India may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
