Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is complimentary for all prepaid orders within India. However, for cash on delivery orders, a nominal handling fee will be included during checkout.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days of placing the order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and usually range from 2 to 10 working days. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing courier and tracking details, allowing you to track your order online. Please note that the approximate delivery date provided with the tracking details is an estimation by the carrier. We cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery by third-party logistic partners.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you suspect pilferage, as claims made after this time frame will not be considered. While we conduct our investigation, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
  • Prepare to provide a brief description of the case, as we may ask a few questions to better understand the scenario.
  • Provide snapshots of the package and any other boxes, focusing on any areas that appear tampered with or damaged.

Refunds for both prepaid and cash on delivery orders will be issued after the investigation is completed. However, please note that refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide sufficient information about the case.
  • Failure to provide snapshots of the package and box (if applicable).
  • Pilferage claims must be reported on the same day and within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Do not dispose the packaging for 3 – 4 days after delivery, as we may need to retrieve it for further investigation.
  • If the item for which the claim was raised has been used.
